Shae Johnson provided outstanding support to us at Tutu Rural Training Centre as we developed the evaluation section of our 2024-28 strategic plan. Shae helped us develop an overall theory of change for the training centre as well as draft program logics for our main areas of operation. In addition, Shae's experience working with First Nations people helped us to place Cultural Safety at the heart of our evaluation framework.

Being new to the role of program evaluation within my organisation, Shae was contracted as my evaluation coach. Over the last 18 months she has provided valuable experience and direction to enable me to grow within my role, giving constructive feedback and as a sounding board for projects I am working on. Shae has been a significant asset to my professional growth.
